We ask you for this information in order to create you as a ‘contact person’, so that we can send you a personalised quote which may be followed by a personalised order and a delivery. As soon as it appears that your quote does not become an order, your quote will be archived. Once a year, all contact persons that have not been used in the 3 previous years are removed from our system.

Any delivery notes and sales invoices on which your contact details are mentioned will be kept in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Codeowners BV and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to contact@codeowners.nl.

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.
